HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
Fees will vary depending on the complexity of the company being sold and size of the deal. We charge in two parts…
The retained fee covers the cost of the sale preparation work, including valuation, business profile, research, buyer approaches and meeting facilitation. Fees start at 7500.
Indicatively, fees range from 4% to 8% of any resulting deal which is payable on completion of the transaction. It will depend largely on the size of the deal.
